Privacy Policy

This site and our services are run by Str8up Digital LLC, doing business as Everbrave Growth (“Everbrave”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We are the party responsible for the personal information described here. Contact us any time at hello@everbrave.co.

We only collect what we need. That falls into three buckets:

• Things you give us. Your name and email when you fill in a form, subscribe, book a call, or contact us; and the details you share while working with us.
• Payment details. When you buy, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your card and billing information to take the payment. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage information. Basic, privacy-light analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, rough location, device type). Our analytics is cookieless.

We use your information to:

• deliver the programme or service you bought and support you through it;
• take payment and keep records of it;
• send you emails you asked for, and reply when you contact us;
• understand what’s useful on the site so we can improve it;
• meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job. These include:

• Stripe - to process payments securely.
• Our email provider - to send the emails you subscribed to.
• Hosting and analytics providers- to run the site and understand how it’s used.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights. We never sell or rent your information to anyone.

If you subscribe, you’ll get emails from us. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out any time. Some emails are not marketing - for example a payment receipt or something you need to know about a programme you bought - and those we’ll still send while you’re working with us.

We keep tracking light. Our analytics is cookieless and doesn’t follow you around the web. Your browser also lets you block or clear cookies if you want to. Payment and login flows may set the cookies they need to work.

We keep your information for as long as you’re working with us, and after that only as long as we need to - for our records, to meet legal and tax obligations, and to resolve any disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or anonymise it.

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is ever perfectly secure, but we take it seriously and work with providers who do too.

You have rights over your information. Depending on where you live, these include the right to:

• ask what we hold about you and get a copy;
• correct anything that’s wrong;
• ask us to delete it, where the law allows;
• object to certain uses, and opt out of marketing at any time.

To exercise any of these, email hello@everbrave.coand we’ll take care of it. If you’re in the EU/UK, the GDPR applies; if you’re in South Africa, POPIA applies. Where those laws give you rights, they apply.

We operate as a US entity and work with people around the world, so your information may be processed in the United States or other countries. Wherever it’s handled, this policy and your rights still apply.

Our work is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll remove it.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. For significant changes we’ll do more to let you know. Using the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
